"D.O." it right with “Full Service Assistance”

This is the service for the bride that wants to be pampered, avoid stress and completely enjoy the planning process. During your Full Production, we will hold your hand every step of the way, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Services as part of the Full Production include:

1. Unlimited e-mail and telephone support throughout the planning
2. Monthly 1 hour planning meetings throughout the process not to exceed 6 hours
3. Vendor research and recommendations
4. Invitation assistance and creativity on design
5. Brainstorm and make suggestions for favors
6. Budget preparation and management
7. Assistance with finding a boutique for the perfect bridal gown
8. Timeline planning and management
9. Creative concept development and elegant wedding design
10. Customized diagram of both ceremony and reception layouts
11. Rehearsal document for wedding party
12. Give direction/write copy for save-the-date
13. Assistance with securing lodging for out-of-town guests
14. In-depth review of all contracted services
15. Review specific contracted details with vendors
16. Assistance with rehearsal dinner planning, if desired
17. Prepare schedules for ceremony and reception
18. Direct ceremony
19. Oversee collection of all gifts and special items (flutes, cake servers, etc.) and loading into the appointed vehicle
20. Direct rehearsal assistance

We also offer a " middle of the road" package were you will create your package with services offered at a fee based on the services you need!!

"D.O."  it with a little help with “Day-of Service” for the Bride who wants to enjoy her day with no worries

The Day of Service allows the bride who planned her own wedding to actually take pleasure in her wedding day. Even the most hands-on, do-it-herself bride still wants to be a guest at her own celebration. By contracting with a professional consultant, you are leaving nothing to chance. Someone will be there to meet and coordinate your vendors, ensure what you’ve planned comes to fruition and manage all of the details. Actually more of a “month of” service, the Wedding Director package includes the rehearsal and up to eight hours for the wedding day in addition to two planning meetings prior to your wedding day.

 "D.O." “Day of Service” includes:

1. 2 hours of consultation and planning services
2. Review of all contracted services
3. Ceremony site visit
4. Reception site visit
5. Customized diagram of both ceremony and reception layouts
6. Confirmation of all vendors
7. Prepare schedules for the ceremony and reception
8. Wedding day services and rehearsal services up to 8 hours

"D.O." it right with “Rehearsal dinner,
and after party planning” includes:

1. Direct rehearsal assistance
2. Negotiated with vendors in services including food/entertainment/ alcohol ect.
3. Assist in creating a guest list and invitations
4. Assisting with locating local caters for you rehearsal dinner set up and tear down
5. Clean up services with local vendors
6. Coordinating with florist/ DJ/ Caterers and planning the receptions party events and dinner
7. Direct ceremony assistance
8. Oversee collection of all gifts and special items (flutes, cake servers, etc.) and loading into the appointed vehicle

Additional services available
as additional fees include:

Include creating, assembling and mailing save-the-dates or invitations (bride is responsible for postage), guest list and RSVP management, wedding programs, menu cards, table, escort and place cards, welcome gift bags for guests’ hotel rooms and more! Additional planning hours at a by the hour rate. Your imagination is the limit.
